SUPER is an amazing software that i have been using for a while on my laptop (Vista32 Ultimate.)
takes all and any input file (flv, avi, mpg, wmv) and convert them to play great quality on my iPhone.
This recent v209.buil.36 release has a great feature to change the thread priority and avoid CPU stress.
